After each mold trial, TONGDA LINK will provide a report detailing the dimensions of 3 to 5 shots of the injection molded samples.
Additionally, TONGDA LINK delivers First Article Inspection (FAI) reports to customers prior to the start of injection molding production. We also perform Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) for each batch of plastic molded parts to ensure quality and compliance.
