前、后模部分  Core and Cavity
a. 分型面表面是否光滑、无明显伤痕、刀纹、锈蚀等缺陷
Is parting surface smooth, no scratches, no rust, etc.?
b. 分型面表面是否已有排气槽
Are gas vents on Parting Surface?
c. 模件抛光是否合乎要求
Is polishing to client’s requirements
d. 如有要求,模件蚀纹位置及型号是否正确且平坦
If applicable is the texture correct and even?
e. 塑件型腔识别(Cav.Mark)及位置是否已做好及正确
Is the cavity number mark and other specified markings correct?
f. 模具的分型面位置是否正确及装配合理
Does the parting line of cavity and core shut off properly?
g 所有螺丝的型号、尺寸及装配是否达致要求(公制或英制或美制)
Are the screws threads correct ( Metric or Imperial)
h. 根据检测报告,型腔尺寸是否达到要求
Does the cavity and core conform to specification according to the measurement report.
行位部分 Sliders
a. 行位是否装配合理、滑动顺畅,且无伤痕
Is the moving core finish without scratches and is movement smooth?
b. 材料及其硬度是否有说明,材料证明可否提供
Is the material and hardness to specification? Are certificates available?
c. 行位起止位置是否正确及可靠
Is the moulding position of the sliders located properly and when open are they securely held?
d. 行位的润滑系统是否已设立及可靠
Is the lubrication system of sliders adequate?
e. 行位的封胶位置是否正确及装配合理
Is the parting line of the sliders correct and do they shut off properly?
f. 它们是否根据图纸所示进行生产制造与装配的?
Are they made and assembled according to the drawing with wear plates?
h. 根据检测报告,行位是否符合要求 ?
Do the moving cores conform to specification according to the measurement report.

资料覆核Material Checking:
a. 模具结构与模具结构图一致

Is hardness of Core and Cavity correct?
水口系统 Injection System
a. 定位圈是否高出平面10~15MM,或符合客户要求
Is the location ring as per clients specification?
b. 水口的光洁度是否合格
The smoothness of sprue is qualified?
c. 水口的装置是否与模具结构图一致及功能正常
The construction of the sprue conforms to the mould drawing?
d. 水口的装置是否功能正常
The function of sprue is OK?
e. 热水口的装置是否与模具结构图一致
The construction of hot sprue conforms to mould drawing.
冷却系统 Cooling System
a. 冷却系统之配件是否装配合理
The accessories(fitting) of cooling system is as per specification.
b. 冷却(运水)的位置是否与模具结构图一致
The location of cooling conforms to the mould drawing?
c. 冷却(运水)的管道是否畅通
The cooling is clear.
d. 冷却(运水)的管道在压力测试下无漏水现象
The cooling circuit does not leak under pressure testing?
e. 冷却(运水)的组织、出入标记是否已建立在模具胚上
The in-out marking of cooling system is correct and according to the mould dwg.
顶出系统 Ejection System
a. 顶针、司筒的规格、型号是否与模具结构图一致
The specification and type of ejector pins and/or sleeve ejector is correct.
b. 顶针的装配方向、位置是否正确及无漏装
The assembly and location of ejector pin is correct and according to drawing.
c. 顶针、斜顶及推板的装配是否合理、伸缩畅顺、复位正确和可靠
The assembly of up and aways and ejector plate is correct and works smoothly.
d. 顶出机械结构导向是否正确
The ejection mechanism is guided properly.
辅助设备 Auxiliary Equipment
a. 模具辅助设备的装配是否合理达致要求(联同装置人员一起测试)
The assembly of auxiliary equipment is reasonable and meet requirements
